 The quality and business systems, policies, and processes achieve customer satisfaction by consistently providing conforming products and services while meeting or exceeding customer requirements. We prevent problems and accomplish continuous improvement.  Our application of the policies and processes ensures that SEI both identifies customer requirements and responds in a way that satisfies the customer. SEI performs a full review of this system each year to ensure it remains focused and effective.

 Each SEAPORT-e Task Order will have a Quality Plan, in compliance with ISO 9001 elements, that describes the work processes, quality system, responsibilities and authorities, people resources,  quality measurements, prevention of noncompliance’s and improvement actions. SEI is committed to these quality plans and is focused on satisfying you, our customer.
